Please note that reservations cannot be made directly by phone or email.
If your preferred date is unavailable on our official website or on any of the booking platforms listed above, we are fully booked for that date.
Important Notice
We strongly recommend avoiding reservations made through Agoda.
Because Agoda reservations may pass through multiple online travel agencies before reaching our resort, the booking process can become complex and, in some cases, reservation details may not be properly delivered to us.
Even if you receive a reservation number issued by Agoda, there are cases where no reservation notification is received by our resort. In such cases, your booking is not confirmed in our system.
If no reservation information has been received by us, unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate your stay.
Please note that even if payment has already been completed through Agoda, your reservation may still not be confirmed with our resort if Agoda has not successfully transmitted the reservation details and payment information to us.

If you have already made a reservation through Agoda, we kindly ask that you contact us directly to confirm that your reservation has been properly received.
