Terms and Conditions of Accommodation
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between Seven Stars Resort Ishigaki (hereinafter referred to as “the Resort”) and guests staying at the Resort.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
Guests applying for an accommodation contract shall provide the following information:
- Guest’s name and contact information
- Date(s) of stay and duration of stay
- Any other information deemed necessary by the Resort
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
The accommodation contract shall be deemed concluded when the Resort accepts the reservation request.
After the accommodation contract has been concluded, the Resort may request a deposit if deemed necessary.
Article 4 (Accommodation Charges)
Accommodation charges shall be as specified in the applicable rate schedule and must be paid either in advance or at the time of check-in.
Article 5 (Cancellation of Contract)
Guests may cancel the accommodation contract by following the prescribed procedures.
However, cancellation charges may apply in accordance with the Resort’s cancellation policy.
Article 6 (Restriction of Use)
The Resort reserves the right to cancel the accommodation contract if a guest engages in any conduct that violates laws or regulations, or fails to comply with the rules and policies of the Resort.
