Housekeeping During Your Stay
Please note that full housekeeping service is not provided during your stay.
Only light trash collection will be available.
Optional Housekeeping Services (Additional Charges Apply)
1. Full Room Cleaning – JPY 18,000 per day
Includes:
- Bed cover replacement
- Sheet replacement
- Towel replacement
- Amenity replenishment
Service duration: Approximately 4 hours
Available between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
2. Towel Replacement & Amenity Replenishment Only – JPY 4,000 per person / per service

Airport Transfer
Private sedan transfer between New Ishigaki Airport and Seven Stars Resort Ishigaki
JPY 4,000 per vehicle / one way
Island Transfer
Private sedan transfer between Seven Stars Resort Ishigaki and any location on Ishigaki Island
JPY 8,000 per vehicle / one way
Private Charter Service
Up to 4 hours: JPY 20,000
Up to 8 hours: JPY 40,000
Our private vehicle is a sedan-type car. The trunk can accommodate approximately 2 large suitcases or 3–4 carry-on suitcases.
Luggage Delivery Service
Available at an additional charge.
Shipping fees are payable upon delivery.

Breakfast (Elementary school students – Adults): JPY 5,000
Children (0 years old – Preschool age):

Flower Bed Arrangement: JPY 25,000
Cancellation Policy
60–31 days prior to arrival: 30% of total accommodation charge
30–8 days prior to arrival: 70% of total accommodation charge
7 days prior to arrival, same-day cancellation, or no-show: 100% of total accommodation charge
Cancellation fees will not apply in the event of flight cancellation due to severe weather preventing arrival in Ishigaki Island. A flight cancellation certificate is required.
